Helping girls grow into confident, capable, compassionate leaders
The Montana International Order of the Rainbow for Girls (often called Rainbow or IORG) is a leadership and service organization for girls ages 10–20.
Through hands-on experiences, girls build confidence, develop leadership skills, and form meaningful friendships that last far beyond their time in Rainbow.
Across Montana, local Assemblies create supportive spaces where girls can grow, give back, and truly belong.
JOIN MONTANA RAINBOW GIRLS
Rainbow played such an important role in shaping who I am today. During my school years, it gave me a strong foundation that helped me succeed in everything else I was involved in. It built my confidence, encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone, and taught me how to lead.
As an adult, I credit Rainbow more than anything for my ability to speak in public, run meetings, and show up with confidence in both my personal and professional life. The skills and experiences I gained continue to impact me every day.
